Agam Construction provides outdoor renovation services including pergolas, decking, fencing, brick work, retaining walls, turf installation, water features, and related landscaping work across Cranbourne West and Melbourne’s south-east.

Quotes & Consultations
All quotes provided, whether verbal or written, are estimates based on the information available at the time of the on-site consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and any changes requested during the project.

Bookings & Deposits
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking and secure materials. The remaining balance is payable as per the agreed payment schedule outlined in your written quote or contract.

Project Timelines
We aim to complete all projects within the timeframe communicated at the time of quoting. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, council approvals, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions beyond our control.

Council Compliance
Where required, our designs and construction methods comply with local council regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known restrictions, easements, or heritage overlays affecting their property.

Warranty
All workmanship is carried out to a high standard, and applicable warranties on materials and construction will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked project, please notify us as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has commenced.

Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe and high-quality work, Agam Construction is not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Use of Project Photos
We may photograph completed projects for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your property images to be used, please let us know in writing.
